As a graduate research student of UNSW@ADFA, you must
deposit (submit) a digital copy of your thesis before your are
eligible to graduate. This applies to PhD and Masters by Research
only. This deposited copy must be the final, examined version
of your work. This copy will then be made accessible online via
UNSWorks
and the Australasian Digital Theses Program
(ADT). ADT and UNSWorks have combined to increase the exposure
of UNSW research by making it available globally, free of charge.
How to deposit a digital copy of your thesis?
You cannot deposit your thesis until you have received degree
confirmation from UNSW@ADFA Student Administrative Services. You
may deposit a copy of your thesis yourself using the UNSWorks/ADT Deposit page.
ADT specifies particular document formats. For information see
ADT
Standards. If you deposit this way do not set the document's
security. If you require assistance, please contact UNSWorks/ADT Coordinator
at the Academy Library.
If you are unable to self-deposit your thesis, you can submit
a digital copy on CD-ROM to UNSW@ADFA Student Adminstrative Services.
The Academy Library's UNSWorks/ADT Coordinator will deposit your
digital thesis on your behalf. You must sign the UNSWorks/ADT
Licence Agreement (pdf). If you require further information
please contact the Academy Library
UNSWorks/ADT Coordinator
Restricting access to your Thesis
UNSWorks/ADT normally provide unrestricted world wide access
to digital theses via the web. However, you may apply for whole
or partial restriction of your thesis. For further information
about restricting your thesis contact the UNSW@ADFA Student Administrative Services.
