Most universities do not lend their theses, however there are some exceptions, so you can request a loan via the ILL/DDS Database.

Many Australian universities participate in the Australian Digital Theses (ADT) program. The theses are available in PDF. To view these theses online, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please check the ADT Database before requesting a thesis through ILL/DDS.

If the thesis is not available on ADT, place your request through the ILL/DDS database. If we are not able to obtain a loan of a thesis, it may be necessary to purchase a copy, which will then be added to the Library collection.

If you wish to purchase and retain a copy for yourself, you can also request a ‘quote for copy’ via ILL/DDS Database.
