Some points to be aware of:
- Once you place your request with us, we will contact you within
24 hours should there be a problem.
Otherwise you can assume that your request will be dispatched
within 24 hours.
- All articles will be sent to you electronically, so be sure
to regularly check your student e-mail account. This account
is the only account that we use in order to communicate with
you.
In the event that there is a particular reason we are unable
to send the article electronically, the article will be dispatched
by mail.
- All books will be sent to you by Australia Post. When we
send you a book, we will include a return address label to assist
you in the return of a book.
- The book is on loan to you until the due date stated, unless
the book is recalled by another borrower. If you receive a recall
notification, please return the item as soon as possible.
- If a book that you require is on loan to another borrower
it we will recall the book for you and send it to you as soon
as it is returned by the other borrower.
