or by phone.
The online Ask Us? service can
provide the following help for you:
- Reference and Research - help is available through the Ask
a Librarian option of the Ask Us? service.
- Technical Help - If you experience technical problems, including
connecting to any databases, electronic journals or the Library catalogue,
use the Ask Us? service and choose the Electronic
Access Problems option to register the problem.
- Help Us to Help You - Use the Comments
or Suggestions option
available via the Ask Us? service to offer ideas that will
assist us to improve our services.
