UNSW@ADFA Academic Skills

The UNSW@ADFA Academic Language and Learning Unit can provide workshops, classes and individual consultation sessions to enable UNSW@ADFA students to gain practical experience in critical analysis, reading and note-taking, researching sources, avoiding plagiarism and writing assignments. See the UNSW@ADFA Academic Language and Learning Unit information page for an overview of the program and contact details.

The Academy Library provides numerous resources (books, multimedia, software etc.) to support the development of academic literacy skills. The Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is a special collection that is housed in the Library and it provides access to material related to the key areas of academic skills development mentioned above.

The UNSW@ADFA Academic Language and Learning Unit has links to a range of online and other learning guides, including some excellent online resources available through the Learning Centre@UNSW.
