The Library Seminar Room is available for use by individuals and groups
at the Academy. The room can be booked between 9.15 am - 4.30 pm, Monday
to Friday, provided the room is not required for Library use.
Advance bookings are essential, particularly if there are any special
requirements. A Seminar Room
Agreement form must be completed and received by the Library
before a booking is confirmed.
Due to high use of the room by Library staff during the first six
weeks of each academic session, advance bookings for this period cannot
be taken. However bookings can be made within this period if there
are any vacancies.
