Borrower Registration:
During your use of library services, you may be prompted to register
when you:

The data collected from a library borrower is collected either
from student enrolment information or the Registration form that
is presented to other clients when they choose to register for borrowing
privileges. The information collected includes: name, e-mail address,
telephone number, mailing address and other similar contact information.
Your information is kept confidential, unaltered and used only
by us to help manage our relationship with you.
The information collected from the registration form is linked
directly to a User Name and Borrower number and can only be retrieved
by supplying the correct User Name and number linked to that profile.
The personal and demographic information about each individual is
stored on library servers which are behind a firewall and physically
housed within a secure data centre.
How Registration Information is Used:
We use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding
to your requests, customizing our services and for communicating
with you.
A client's privacy is strictly maintained. We do not inform others
about material on loan to or requested by a borrower. We do not
provide or sell personal information to unrelated third parties
for their own marketing activities.

The information maintained for each registered client is entered
in the Academy Library's databases and can be reviewed at any time
by the validated client. This can be done by clicking on the 'Borrower'
button in the online catalogue and viewing the information displayed.
The accuracy of the data is solely the responsibility of the client.
If the information is incorrect, UNSW@ADFA students should amend
their information via the University's 'Student Online'

Our internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee
access to and use of client information.
