Student Network Connection Problems Within the Library

This form is ONLY to be used to report problems you have when connecting to the student network from the designated data ports in the Academy Library.

Access to the Student network is restricted to UNSW@ADFA students.

All fields MUST be completed.

1: Have you registered your Ethernet address with ICT Services via http://www.unsw.adfa.edu.au/units/ict/ict_online/sns/
You MUST register every year.

3: Check TCP/IP make sure you have chosen TCP/IP Ethernet Adapter (NOT TCP/IP DIAL-UP)      Yes No

My Computer > Properties > Network Identification > Properties > Computer Name
