About the tutorial
This tutorial will guide you through the types of activities you may undertake as a student:

- finding library resources
- searching databases

Tutorial outcomes
Each module of the tutorial focuses on a key aspect of university study. Learning outcomes explain what you will learn in each module.
Tag clouds of key terms, representing topics in each module, appear at the top right corner of every page.
Tutorial requirements
The quiz is mandatory and must be completed by the end of Week 5.
If you do not complete the quiz you will not be able to enrol in the following semester.
- all entering coursework students should complete the tutorial
- it is designed to be completed early in the academic year. You will then be able to use the skills you have learned in the tutorial as soon as possible
- after reading through the tutorial you are required to answer some quiz questions, based on the tutorial. You may attempt the quiz as many times as you like in order to achieve a pass mark
